1. Product Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
Exceptions: Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, or any opened hair care products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@afrobellahair.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged.
4. Service Refunds
Our hair care services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will offer an adjustment or corrective service at no extra charge to ensure you are happy with the results.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
