Afro Bella Hair Policies
Booking and Deposits:
- Deposits: To secure your appointment, a deposit is required:
- $50 non-refundable deposit for services exceeding $100.
- $20 non-refundable deposit for services under $100.
- Deposit Payment: Send your deposit to cash@afrobellahair.com.
- Deposit Application: The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill during your appointment.
- Remaining Balance: You can settle the remaining balance after your service is complete.
- Salon Address: 139 Montreal Rd., Cornwall, Ontario.
Appointment Timeliness:
- Grace Period: We understand! Arriving 15 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee.
- Extended Lateness: Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a $50 late fee.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled. Rescheduling requires a new deposit.
- Rescheduling Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

Final Sale Policy:
- Products: All product purchases at Afro Bella Hair are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
